DSTV Internet (Wifi not loaded for 2months)

It is frustrating using DStv WiFi for the past 2months. I have paid fully in March but didn’t receive DATA , I laid a complaint more than 5 times calling the call centre, going to the branch but still they couldn’t assist . All they said they are sorry DATA will be loaded soon , but till today I’ve not received my DATA my WiFi is not working. This has put me in a difficult position since I rely on it . My online business has been interrupted , my kids can’t do school work.

All I’m asking for is DSTV to attend to my query and be solved ASAP . I will never recommend their Wifi to anyone since they’ve given me this bad service.
