Dstv internet - useless

I have Dstv internet which I believe Multichoice does not care much about those clients. Reason why I am saying this it is because on the 27th Jan 2023 I moved from my old address to the new one but the street which is from 13 to 20 same street. I called Dstv to inform them about the new address which they updated and they said my connection will not be negatively impacted since I am within 5km radius.

Ever since I changed my address I have received 288 SMSs informing me that they have BLOCKED my SIM as the SIM is nolonger at the registered address. I was so shocked because I thought by informing them they will update their system.

I had to call Multichoice and ask them to sort this out and I was told it will be sorted. Few minutes later I will receive an SMS informing me that they are in the process of unlocking my SIM which but right after receiving the SMS I will get another one informing that they have BLOCKED my SIM as it is nolonger being used at the registered address.

In total I have called Multichoice 15 times and I even drove to their offices more that 7 times and still they are falling to help me. What made matters worse there was a guy called Sifiso from Multichoce N1 City Cape town one of the most clueless employer who I wonder how on earth did Multichoice hire this guys cause instead of him helping me he gave me an email address which is need to send an email to ***. Basically he is asking me to do his job while he sits there getting paid to do what nothing.

My question now is what will happen to my data that will expire come 24th Feb and I didn't get a chance to use it simply because Dstv keeps on blocking my SIM. As to why they block my SIM I dont know because I have provided them with the right address.

Not I am stuck with Dstv router that is being blocked and my phone is full of SMSs that I get every single day informing me of one thing. YOUR SIM HAS BEEN BLOCKED AS IT IS NOLONGER BEING USED AT REGISTERED ADDRESS.

Reviewer Update
Ever since I wrote to Hello Peter I have received more than 10 SMSs confirming that my Dstv internet its now working, but it only worked for about an 1 hour then you locked it again. Since then you have send me more than 18 SMSs confirming that you have locked my SIM as it is no longer being used at registered address. I have called in to ask if they can cancel my contract as I am no longer getting the services I am paying for. I was shocked to be told that I will have to pay cancellation fee. So in other words I need to continue paying for something that is not working, worse it is not because of poor network but rather you Dstv putting a block code on my services.
