DSTV internet support service poor

I received DSTV INTERNET router on the 19th January 2022,connected and it worked for one day after that it stopped giving an Error(authentication problem),Called their consultant spoken to about 10 different people promising to assist but until now no solution,They very unprofessional and seem to have little or no knowledge of their product.
