DSTV INTERNET SUPPORT

I had the worst service from the DSTV Internet Support. DSTV Internet router that I got was working perfectly fine for a couple of weeks since I got it. Then one day the WIFI function on the router became OFF. I restarted if countless times, even moved from different rooms and spots around the house, but still not working. Consulted the internet support team, got instructions. However, still it wasn't working, even after rebooting.

Even today...enquiry reference number ***5 is still unresolved after almost a year, to a point whereby i decided to stop my dstv payments.
