DSTV Internet Subscription

I subscribed for the DSTV internet however the SIM card is still not active I’ve paid for the subscription for 2 months now how never I keep being told that the sim card is not yet active. I have requested that they cancel my subscription but I’m being sent from pillar to post. Kindly assist that they unsubscribe me as I am paying for the service that I am not benefiting from.
