DSTV INTERNET SERVICE NON EXISTENT
I have been a loyal customer of dstv for more than 30 years. I have a dstv internet router and pay for this and my premiere package through monthly subscriptions. The 1st year i had my dstv internet i had no problem. All of a sudden the router keeps locking 4 times a day and everytime i have to contact dstv to unlock my router. I never move my router to another address...i never take out the sim...i dont do anything with the router but it keeps locking. AND NO ONE AT DSTV can help to resolve my issue. i am PAYING FOR A SERVICE WHICH I DONT HAVE. And i cant cancel this service as it is under a 24minth contract.......NO DSTV...THIS IS NOT FAIR!

09 Jan 2025, 09:32It is 4 days later and still DSTV has not contacted me yet. And still i pay for a service that are non existant and i cannot get out of this contract. This is so bad service from you DSTV and i am contemplating cancelling my premium package after more than 30 years.
