Paid via their site eft options in October 2021. To day I have been calling, messaging in Facebook, Twitter. All I'm getting is "sorry for thr inconvenience"
Received a phone call and was told will check with finance and call you back.
Disappointed for such a big company to take close to 8 months to refund my money due to their delay in installation or rather even an email confirming installation . I have been request now 3 times to send proof of payment. All done but still no refund. I'm now tired.
