DSTV - Internet Router Issue

Good day,

We have internet package with DSTV.

Router stopped working a week ago. Every consultant tells me another story as to why the router is not working.

I need this sorted asap and or proceed with cancellation if no phone call is made to me today to sort this issue out.

1 day later and still no phone call or explanation why the services that gets paid for don't work.

Would you like me to cancel all the services and rather move to another establishment?

Please get someone to contact me before 9:00 today.
