dstv internet router is a joke

dstv got deals for internet including a router but the router they give is difficult to manage when u want to check your balance & etc. you type in the ip address & you have to enter password u enter password but it's incorrect so when you try to chat to agents on whatsapp they keep asking are u still there coz you not responding but you reply same time so the their whatsapp platform is up the flipping pole & chatbot takes for ever to respond to your input & sent 2 email to help@dstv they never come back to you. the router got a label at the bottom with wi fi password & ip address password but always incorrect so what is the correct password the agents on the whatsapp know how to see products but to manage no idea flipping useless idiots or bcoz that router is fong Kong from tum buck too
