DSTV INTERNET router has not been working for the past 5 months.

I wouldn't recommend DSTV Internet to anyone my query hasn't been resolved and they told me they will not refund me for the past 5 months I've paid for their internet that doesn't work. I tried to call the internet department number back and my calls are not going through. What a terrible year and experience it has been with DSTV Internet. If you want your moneys worth DO NOT GO TO MULTICHOICE! The agents don't have a sense of urgency for their clients and the overall service is poor its the 5th month and I still haven't been assisted
