Morning OnTheDot / DSTV

Dstv has raised a collection and delivery order to uplift my dstv router and deliver a new unit for weeks now.

Why is there NO service from OnTheDot please millions of escalations has been requested to get the work order complete but I'm STILL waiting for OnTheDot to collect and deliver?

Please explain WHY this is such a HUGE task for OnTheDot as its been WEEKS now that I'm waiting..patiently!
