DSTV Internet Router

I bought the DSTV Internet router via telephone as per their advert. the router was delivered to me on the 19th of April 2022. The sales guy told me the people who would be delivering the router will register the sim for RICA. This people took ID and proof of registration and did not register the SIM card, the worse part is it was not a coarier vihicle. it was some doggy yellow citi golf. mind you that the sales guy told me after sim being registered its plak and play. later on when i called DSTV they told me the simcard is not registered they told me to go to MTN store which i did, still the router was not working. Another agent told me i have to pay first. I did pay still the router is not playing. Now they are telling me that the router is not linked with my account. I am exremely angry that i paid for something of which i cant get help. Their agents they dont know what you are talking about.
