DSTV Internet poor service
Bought internet WIFI a week ago, still not active but i paid pro-rata for August and paid for September 2024, to be told by an agent to take it back to Multi choice, but upon signing with them no body told me to come and pick it up at multi choice it was delivered in the house, they told that there is a problem with the sim card but no solution to my problem, but they have chowed my money.

I have already paid you and must allow you time to investigate, meaning must pop more money for data, i guess cancelling everything its the solution because there is bridge of contract at this stage.
