Dstv Internet Package

I have DStv compact package, plus 25gb internet package with DStv. Changed recently to the 110gb internet package. Was adviced that prorated amount would be asked, no problem with that, paid the amount + the difference, now receiving messages I still owe R361. Tried to speak to consultant on their chatbot side, only to be told to ignore the message, but now getting messages of suspension 7th. Please assist.

Good day,

Please can you clear the error on our account.

If you said the account is paid in full, the R361 needs to be cleared from the account in order for it to be resolved.
