Dstv Internet package

I still have not received any feedback regarding my Dstv Internet package,customer number is ***8. I've taken out the Dstv Internet package which includes:Router,sim,400GB of data plus the Dstv premium package for R999 for 24months. I'm fed up with Multichoice,because when I phone the call centre they just tell me that I need to pay R449 for the data and R860 for the premium subscription,but that isn't the deal I app**** for.
