Dstv internet package

Dstv internet package ❌❌❌they sold me their internet n channels package and they’ve never debited on the date we agreed on and their Mb don’t even last a week. Every month I have to pay more money that I don’t understand what is it for because they switch off the service after not debiting my account on the 6th like we agreed. now when I tell them that I want to cancel my package because of this confusion and unsatisfactory data they tell me that I have to pay for the router R70 or more for x24 months,which is something new to my ears,they did not give me this information when they sold me the product as I would have not agreed to it, because what would I do with their router if I decide to switch off their service. I asked the consultant to play the recorded call of when I was sold the product to prove that I was not told anything about paying for the router if I cancel the service. Now they have taken my account to credit bureau…pls give me the relevant ombudsman to report them. Don’t take this service Don’t Do Not take DStV Internet service.
