Dstv internet (overcharged)

A consultant phoned me and offered me a Dstv internet, and said it will R90p/m for compact viewers, meaning if they sign up for this it will be R499p/m (R409 +R90). I asked her that does it also apply for me because I am already on price lock for R379? She said YES,meaning only R90 will be added to you (R379+ R90) . So now I was charged R199 for Dstv internet, I am now told that it doesn't apply because it must be billed separately. How unfair!! I want this to be resolved because I will not be paid for something I did not sign up for. I was ****** day light. Debit will reject up until this is resolved. They are making sales by lying to people.
