DSTV INTERNET NOT PROVIDING ME WITH INTERNET EVEN THOU I'M PAYING THEM EVERY MONTH!!!

Dstv.... You'll are tye worst service providers I've come across. Taking out an internzt contract with you guys r one of the worst decision I've ever made. Since last 3 days I'm unable to use my Internet because they did a migration with their numbers and has now made it the customers problems. My number was not successfully updated and according to the team leader by the name of' NIBA ' she says it's the first time they dealing with the issue I am having well first or not u guy supposed to have a solution for all you'lls issues before updating systems. My Internet keeps saying no Internet access and they go ahead and load my new months data on the sim that is not working...! I considered cancelling all services with them but they want me to pay back for the remaining months left... I will not pay anything cause you guys have breached the contract from you'lls side by not providing the service you'll were supposed to!!! After numerous days of calling customer service and spending R100s of rands of airtime on youlls useless customer service I'm still left with no solution they can't sort it out and also they say that if I go into a multichoice walk in they would also not be able to assist me so hear I am paying R500 a month for something I am not gonna be able to use. for all of you guys considering dstv Internet do not make a mistake it will ruin your peace!!!
