DSTV INTERNET MONTHLY DATA NOT LOADED

DSTV internet is a **** and consultants at DSTV are very very poor with customer service, i have DSTV internet and i paid my subscription already on the 2nd of October but DSTV have not loaded my data till this day and when i call they keep escalating , its been two weeks now having a router with no data😴. Today i spoke to a consultant called Caseline and she just ended our chat without listening to my query poor service from call centres and online chat bots.
