DSTV INTERNET IT IS SO DISAPPOINTING

I'm extremely disappointed with DSTV Internet. This month, I hardly used any data, but due to circumstances, I had to relocate my router to another address. To my surprise, I started receiving messages saying my internet SIM was locked.I returned to registered address it still says connected without network even the night data

Now, I'm being told I'm out of day data , which is baffling. The WiFi would still show 'DSTV Internet connected' without any network, making it seem like everything was fine.

The lack of clarity and accuracy in their tracking system is concerning. I hope DSTV addresses these issues to improve customer experience.
