DStv internet is Nonsense

I registered for Dstv internet, and received it, unfortunately it never worked and I tried all mean to connect it, I reported it to Dstv more than 10 times and now I am even tired of reporting them, this is even a second time I am reporting them on this platform, I am paying for an internet that I am not using at all and it has been now 3 months they don't want to take it back and refund me my money...
