Dstv internet is nonsense

I app**** for a router at multichoice, they delivered it,when I tried setting it up it was not going thru, so I called them, they said that it is because I have not yet paid the prorata for the router, I paid the money, after that the router still did not work, we even tried with different dstv agents to set it up but it is still not working, then they told me they will organize a pickup and drop off for another router, this month again they deducted money from my account for the data that I am not using, and when I complain they say I should go to a walk in center, and the dstv walk in center is not in my town, and I can spend money for transport when it is not my fault that the router is not working......
