DStv Internet is a ****, And Their staff is ***********!

I have been experiencing the most ***********, the most uncaring service I have ever received from this company, I paid for a DStv Internet package in February and did not receive daytime data, I had to top up after endless conversations with your useless staff for more than 3 weeks, Last night I paid for April after the data I topped up with depleted and there is still no change, you keep telling me that the matter has been escalated but I never receive a call or even an email for feedback, I have to use my data and airtime to contact you only for you to continue asking me the same stupid questions without a solution, I advise anyone considering DStv Internet to stay away! ITS A ****. and I will continue posting this on HelloPeter until you resolve this.
