dstv internet is a nightmare

I am fed up with dstv, they just never let you be in peace, always up to their *****ed nonsense, I do not ask myself questions anymore why people are leaving dstv. their arrogance will make you want to break your decoder, or router and never want to see the name dstv again, when you even try to resolve your issue amicably with their staff, they tell such nonsense like you don't matter. These people have in the past charged me money that I don't understand how they calculate, I have gotten so tired that I don't even have the strength to explain anymore, it just never ends.

This is just what happened recently without mentioning the past incidents, my data got depleted and I topped up, then when my monthly data got loaded, that data I topped up with disappeared, just now, all the data that I had has disappeared also, strangely the amount also that I was supposed to pay next month has increased and they say that it is due today, how messed up is that, This is frustrating, I regret taking their products, if there was a better option than them being a monopoly that they are, I would not use dstv, the day that this dstv internet contract ends, I am leaving them, I will run and never look back, just be warned before taking any of their products because they are a nightmare.
