Dstv internet is a ****!!

Been paying for 2 months the dstv internet and no data has been loaded, numerous WhatsApp chats and phone calls and all they say is they're escalating the matter with no results, I'm paying yet no service had been received. Dstv is in breach of their contract, I want a full refund of what I paid and they can take their router and internet back for all I care The walk in centres are not helpful at all, when I ask for a supervisor on the phone they don't want to talk to me And they cut my subscription 4 days before my debit order was suppose to pay
