Dstv internet is a complete waste! Don't bother

You people are so quick to disconnect service when we don't pay, but not quick to serve customers!. My monthly Data has not been loaded for the month even though my account is paid up to date. I have been contacting your agents and each one of them keeps saying we gonna escalate the matter, but no resolution. This is contract and I am paying for it! Useless
