DSTV Internet is a **** - 400 Gigs plan is not even equivalent to 200 Gigs

I subscribed to their 400 Gig internet package, but for some reason, I always ran out before the end of the month until I started tracking my usage using the router's statistics function. This is until I figured out they double-charge every usage, so you return and buy more gigs at R7 per Gig. As of today, 24 February 2025, I am left with only 10 Gigs from the 400 Gigs that were allocated. However, their router says I only used 220 Gigs. I contacted their customer services, and they cannot assist me either.

I am not a heavy user, I stay alone and use it to stream music and some videos when I come back from work. I used to have 500 Gig from Telkom which lasted me over 3 months with similar usage and it was shocking to find out that I finished 400 Gig in a month, I would go spend an extra R200 to ensure I have enough data for the rest of the month
