Dstv Internet is *******

Dstv has an internet option which I opted for hoping to enjoy this service but to my dismay its I am begging a free privilege service.

I have s 25G contract for 24 months the contract is not even 6 months old but the hell of experience I have endured is terrible.

The router becomes inactive ( what the chat agents cal.l "lock itself". It goes off even twice a day and I have to contact the service ptovider to have it unlocked. Its surely disheartening to get such a service from a company that wants be be known as 'reputable". Its chat agents can not tell what the cause is. Such service leaves me as a customer feeling ******, conned into an internet **** contract. I feel these would be two years of disservice, paying for a service that is not reliable. I am tired of chatting to its agents who are also not offering s convenient service.
