DSTV INTERNET HUGE MISTAKE. DON'T RECOMMEND

The one star is for the speedy response on Whatsapp chats, then it goes downhill from there. Made the HUGE mistake of signing up for the internet package+compact for R549. Internet super slow and ran out in less than 2 weeks! Had to top up for the rest of the month, which defeats the purpose. Ask for an upgrade to the 400GB + Compact and am quoted R779. Come end of the month, R949 is debited ontop of being told to pay R779! So now fighting for my refund and told im only gonna get the R779 back...which remains to be seen. Apparently I'm also now suddenly on the Family Package! Consultants are so rude and clueless and keep "escalating for 24hrs# needless to say, a week later 24hrs is yet to come. So frustrating if you to keep fighting for refunds and repeat to them the quotes they gave you but you talking to a rock. I want my R949 refunded asap please and put me on the R779 package as initially quoted else put me back to my R549 package while I find alternatives. Or someone please give me a call to fix this mess
