DSTV Internet FLTE

This company their service is bad its been 3 days now not getting help with internet connection when you call them they transfer you to internet department they ask you to visit DSTV agencies until today I cant get hold to internet department.poor service indeed and what makes me sick is they will never call you back.This company is robbing us how can you let me take your router if you know exactly that network is not coverd
