I app**** for dstv FLTE Router last week,indeed Ram delivered the router,Router has not been activated since,i chat to agents from Thursday but they also could not assist but i am given Reference numbers that the query is being escalated.The one agent that really tried to assist and went above and beyond is Zizipho can't remember the surname

What bothers me is that no one from the Activation or whatever department has called,emailed or sms to let me know that my query has been received from their side and will be resolved.

The activation for router in my experience is a total no,no The routers/Simcards should be checked and verified that they are activated.

I will not advice anyone to apply for the Dstv router for internet .

I am really disappointed ,willow you.
