DStv Internet

I ordered a DStv internet in beginning of June and I got my delivered in beginning of July and its plugged on, I called and I was surprisingly told to go and rica the sim card and I did just that but its still not working but then I thought that meby if they deduct the monthly premium it would work but the monthly premium it was not deducted I have called DStv multiple times but I'm just surprised that that everyone is clueless that I have a DStv package I'm vey much frustrated because I hade to fight for it to be delivered and now its not working for the whole month of July
