Dstv internet

It is with the greatest disappointment,i was talking with the agent on whatsapp,because i have dstv internet my data was not loaded.

I paid my subscription but only to find when i ask is because there's a issue why must i ask first you guys expect us to pay but the service is not rendered i don't have data on my wifi but i paid if we don't our subscription is put on hold but now we paid what about the data? What should i do? How should i work?

No sms or email was sent is the second time now,

Nowhere in the contract it states there will be issues or there will be a time when we wont have data but we pay but if we want to cancel it we must pay for what when you guys load data when it suits you i am going to take this up this is not on at all

If we don't pay is a problem we pay but we don't get our data what are we paying for? Is the 4th today but nothing how pathetic is it fair on us we are now inconvenienced what should we do
