DSTV INTERNET DATA MIRACULOUSLY DEPLETED WITHOUT EVER BEING USED BUT PAYMENT HAPPILY RECIEVED! ***?

I have been contacting you on all your platforms for over 2 weeks now and you still have not resolved my issue, I have paid my dstv internet account but you say my day time data has been depleted without me even ever using it this month after I paid, your agents keep saying they have escalated the matter but I do not even relieved feedback and nothing is resolved, you have the worst customer service I have ever received.
