I’m utterly disappointed in the poor service I’ve received from the Dstv Internet department. My router hasn’t worked ever since I got it. I’ve escalated it several times and have been sent from pillar to post. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication as I was told that it was escalated to the specialist team and it would take 24 hours to resolve the issue. This is utterly a pathetic service. I’m inconvenienced by this service because I bought it for work from home purposes.
