DSTV INTERNET

I took out the Internet contract with dstv in the month of April and after having connectivity problem for a week I than called in to cancel the account. I was than told that the internet account has been cancelled and closed and a courier company was than sent by dstv to my address to come and collect the device of which he was given. Dstv than debited me, well fine that was well. I than called in today ( 29/05/2025 ) and was told that my account is still active and will be billed the R449 again. Like how can the account be closed and device collected and all of a sudden it now active
