Dstv internet but no data .

I have bought 2x dstv internet router. I never received data 50Gb each router i paid for about 4 weeks ago. When I phone them , am told that both SIM not RICA. 3 weeks ago , I received sms from dstv confirming Rica was done and active. The delivery person took pictures of ID and Proof of residence. Latest reference of many is ***0-i500. I have lost count of online helpless chat and telephone calls I made to dstv. Last week i took it Newcastle dstv , but was told that they want to call me in person , there is some information they need from me after purchasing online and provided them with billing account for monthly 2XR170 debit for internet only since I bought routers cash both of them. I am a medical doctor by profession, it is impossible to hold on to the phone for 24 hrs waiting for someone to call from dstv. When you missed a call , that number doesn't allow you to return it since it is a one way call. Please help, i don't know what to do now.
