DSTV INTERNET - BIG ON PROMISES, EMPTY ON DELIVERY

In December 2022 I took up the dstv internet offer as advertised and router was delivered mid December 2022. They advised I should cancel with my then current ISP for them to install, which I duly did on the 21st of January. To date (17 February) I am still languishing without an internet service at home, thereby affecting my family including schoolwork and business. THEIR TECHNICAL TEAM IS USELESS AS NOONE OF THEM IS ABLE TO SET UP THE INTERNET. I HAVE CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES ONLINE. THEY ALWAYS PROMISE TO CALL BACK BUT NEVER DO. I SINCERELY REGRET THE MOVE I MADE TO JOIN THEIR USELESS INTERNET SERVICE.
