Dstv internet and router contract

I have a 24 months contract for router and internet and they said I'll be having a discount of R108 on one of my Access. OK Trully I was having it until now they saying my contract ends this month but when I check that R108 they didn't minus it but the contract still there. When asking they busy telling me different stories. So today I'm even surprised when I had I still have simcard contract and it's left with 23 months of which I dnt know about it
