DSTV Internet and Price Lock a complete sham and no platform to complain or get assisted

This is certainly unbelievable, I app**** for the explorer price lock for 2 years, the unit is installed and service activated but not price locked, I contacted multichoice over 10 times and I keep getting the response that Price Lock will contact you back they dont have a number that you can call them on, how is that possible that an establishment that provides a service doesn't have a contactable department if thats the only department that can assist? Furthermore I ordered the DSTV internet contract, it was dispatched as per the online tracking tool, then all of a sudden a day or two later I get an SMS that it was delivered, when I check online further billing was added to my acount, who received this? Who signed for it? Where was it delivered? Not even the DSTV Contact Centre can assist me with finding out where this unit is? Where it was delivered? Who signed for it? How was it activated? But now I must pay for it yet there's no department that can assist, Dstv seems to be monopolistic yet they cant provide a proper service, very quick to want payment for service that ARE NOT FULLY RENDERED, your online platform to communicate doesn't work, your call centre isn't fully equipped to handle queries.

Honestly I think MultiChoice needs some serious competition, an establishment focused on service delivery to the masses.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to the DSTV internet, at least there you have competition and there's ample options for people, with your explorer price lock I'm lost for words because the full service isnt rendered yet full payment would be expected for the services, I'm in complete disbelief that an establishment of this size can lead with such incompetence....
