DSTV INTERNET **** ALERT !!!!!!

We didn’t get data for the month of August 2023 and we called in at the call centre to inform them and asked them to upload our money data , they uploaded it as a top-up instead of normal monthly data and charged us an extra R350. I’ve been calling them since then to fix this issue and i was told they would have to listen to the call records between me and their consultants which I agreed to it and gave them time. I tried calling them again for feedback and i was sent from pillar to post. Till this day they haven’t refunded my money. and when I took the contract with them i was told I would pay R310 because of my dstv subscription but to my surprise they charged me R449 ,It’s a big ****!!! Stay away
