DStv internet + access 50 gb 24 months price lock but forced to pay more separately

I am very unhappy with DStv and how they continue to unfairly treat me, it's one bad treatment after the other.

Amongst many of my sad and bad experiences with DStv is the latest, I took a deal from them for a deal that was supposed to be for 24 months for dstv internet + access, 50 gb and that is 25 gb + 25 gb, for R249 price lock meaning the price would remain the same for the entire 24 months, it was fine at first even though it was a rollercoaster having to fight them about their charges that I did not understand were they were coming from, recently they are now making me pay an amount of about R179 for dstv internet but their very rude and disrespectful agent told me yesterday that it is R239 for DStv internet and it is not bundled with DStv access and I have to pay R150 for it separately, that is R389, and why would I pay R239 for 25 gb + 25 gb when I can get 80 gb + 80 gb or more for the same price, I asked the agent that I wanted to lodge a complaint, I asked three times but chose to ignore me and started with the rudeness.

Untill when am I going to experience this nightmare, I want to cancel DStv internet, DStv please do not ignore my plea, I want this resolved to our initial agreement, and I do not even know what to say about the money that I have already paid, if you cannot resolve this, please do the honorable thing and let me cancel DStv internet and I will go somewhere else were I will be appreciated as a customer, because you have clearly have shown that you have no desire to honor and respect your customers.
