My name is Zanele Khumalo the service I received from DSTV call centre agents was whacked. The call was on hold for 11mins until she hanged up, I want to cancel my internet services and uts like the 6th call from the 24th. The services is really bad

I called again was assisted by Bongeka and she was very polite and she told me that my Internet data was never loaded. And she was good. So I pay my monthly wifi but tou guys aren't loading it but subscriptions stays the same
