My internet is always off and gers used up before monthend.

I am tired of chatting to dstv agents everytime I want to use internt I pay for. Today its off and get a message like " DStv: Your 25.00GB DStv Internet bundle has been depleted! To recharge your account, go to MyDStv on dstv.com"

Why is my internet always off and had to contact you to restore it everyday.
