Dstv internet ****

I received an email and sms confirming my 24 months dstv internet contract, I then called them that I didn't apply for any internet services from dstv. Yes when I checked my account the fee was included. 1. The number used for the loading of data it is not my number 2. The adress the device delivered too not my adress that dstv have 3. The person who signed for the delivery not my name etc. Didn't dstv saw the red flags? Now they do not reply to my emails anymore. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT APPLY FOR...
