My partner bought the DSTV internet last year of which we paying every month, the router didn't work, We returned it back, even now we haven't receive the router back.

We have been to Randburg multichoice so many times but always they say the manager is not available, we paying for internet that we don't have, nobody is willing to assist in resolving this issue.
