I recently spoke to Pabalelo Kgaka whom I asked to top up My account with 6Gigs @R42(dstv internet).I then received an sms from dstv that my account has been topped up with 12Gigs.I now have to pay for something I didn't ask for.When I tried to ask for assistance, all they said was we can't reverse data.
