DStv internet

I'm very unhappy with DSTV internet, payment has been made but data is not loaded and this has happened before and the call centre was not very helpful. I have sent emails made calls and only got data loaded days after the agreed date. Agrees date is the first but it's the third and still not data. I can't call them again because last time, i was put on hold for a while till i ran out of airtime.
