Dstv internet worst service I was given a link to make payment when I 1st got my router they send links with amount they rounded off and the internet works than switches off than customer care says there is an outstanding balance which isn't included on the link they provided and when you want to cancel the service there are ridiculous fees binding you to not cancel that time when I got the router I paid only to found out it wasn't ricard I had to take my own money go to a multi choice in maponya so I can get help and now am being forced to use a service which is a top up not a contract deal where vetting takes place ontop of that the customer agents some of them are very rude they end chats before coming up with a solution am not happy if anyone is looking for internet service provider go to rain or vuma that's where o should have went in the 1st place
