DSTV Internet

DSTV Internet is not working. I contacted DSTV several times, I went to the nearest DSTV centre I was sent from pillar to post. Nothing gets done until I decided to cancel the DSTV internet contract. Hellopeter please help me to deal with this DSTV. Their internet is not working but they expecting me to pay for the service that I am not using.
